How do we start?
A short call, then a first paid batch of videos for one of your clients. No free test edits: you judge the quality and the turnaround on real work, then choose a monthly package.
Will our clients ever know about you?
No. We sign an NDA before the first file, we never contact your clients, and nothing we deliver carries our name — no watermarks, credits or file metadata.
How do we send footage?
Through Google Drive, Dropbox or Frame.io. Share a folder once and we work from it; finished videos come back the same way.
How do revisions work?
Every video includes 2 rounds of revisions. Leave notes in the shared channel or as timestamped comments; your editor makes the changes, and Jovan checks them again before they come back to you.
What is the turnaround?
Short-form videos: 48 hours on Pay as you go and Starter, 24–48 hours on Growth, Studio and Scale. Long-form timelines are agreed with the project quote. The clock starts when your footage and brief are in, and if a video is late, that video is free.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes, before any footage changes hands. We can sign yours or send ours.
Who edits our videos?
A small team of editors, every video checked by Jovan. From the Growth package up, the same editor stays on your account; Studio adds a dedicated editor and Scale a dedicated team.
What software and formats do you use?
We edit in Adobe Premiere Pro and deliver MP4 in any aspect ratio — 9:16, 1:1 or 16:9. Footage comes in through Google Drive, Dropbox or Frame.io.
