Who we are

Mero Motion is a white-label video editing team for agencies. We are responsible for the personal information described here.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us:

• When you email us: your name, email address, your message and any files you attach.
• When you book a call: the details the booking page asks for, such as your name, email address and anything you write about your agency.

What we don’t do

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising pixels or other tracking. We don’t build profiles, and we never sell or rent personal information.

How we use your information

To reply to you, to prepare for and hold the call and, if we work together, to deliver and invoice the work. Footage and files you send for editing are covered by the NDA we sign with you and used only to make your videos.

Our legal basis is taking the steps you ask for before a contract and performing our contract with you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), keeping the accounting records the law requires (Art. 6(1)(c)) and, for other messages, our legitimate interest in replying to people who write to us (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Services involved

• Hosting: the website is served by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages securely. Its dashboard shows us only aggregate traffic figures, such as the number of page requests and visits, taken from its server logs rather than from cookies or tracking scripts.
• Email and booking: messages are handled by our email provider, and calls are scheduled through the booking service linked from the “Book a call” buttons. Their own privacy policies apply.
• Videos: our work samples are hosted on YouTube or Vimeo. Nothing loads from them until you press play. From that moment, YouTube’s or Vimeo’s privacy policy applies. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode and Vimeo’s do-not-track setting.

How long we keep it

Emails and booking details are kept for as long as we need them to talk with you and, if we work together, for the length of our working relationship plus any period the law requires for accounting. Project files are kept only as long as the work requires, or as agreed with you.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, or to give you a copy to take elsewhere. Write to jovan@meromotionstudio.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you believe we have mishandled your information, you can also contact your local data protection authority.

Changes

If this notice changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
